The vision and goals

The vision:
The branch aims to be innovative, pioneering, and influential within the Department of Applied Sciences and Iraqi universities' mathematics departments.

The message:
To prepare scientific staff that depends on the applied and technical aspects and high level of education to be compatible with the national and global quality standards throughout conducting research and studies, also providing consultation to serve the university and the local and provincial society.

The goals:
• Preparing applied scientific personnel equipped with the fundamentals of scientific, social, and technological knowledge, capable of analytical and creative thinking.
• Continuous development of undergraduate programs to meet the requirements of local development programs and community needs.
• Focus on applied scientific research to play a pivotal role in solving community problems, supporting researchers, and meeting the requirements of scientific research.
• Supporting postgraduate studies in other branches within the college and encouraging the establishment of studies in specialties that meet the college's needs and keep pace with global scientific and technological advancements.
• Continuous development of the capabilities of faculty members, technicians, and administrative staff in the department.
• DMonitor the department graduates, continuously evaluate their performance in serving the community after graduation, and develop plans to expand and enhance community engagement.
